Returns & Exchanges

Our "Perfect Fit" Guarantee

We want you to be completely warm and comfortable in your gear. If your robe isn't the right fit for your adventures, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it.

The Ground Rules

To be eligible for a return, your robe must be:
Unused and unwashed (no salt water, sand, or campfire smells, please!).
In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Pack it Up: Re-use the original mailer if possible to keep things eco-friendly.
Ship it Back: Drop your package at any authorised collection point.

Note on Shipping Costs: 

We offer free exchanges to ensure you get the right size. For "change of mind" returns, a flat shipping fee of £5.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage.

Refunds & Processing

Once our team receives your robe and checks it over, we will process your refund.
Inspection: Takes 2–3 business days.
Refund: Will appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

Faulty Gear?

We pride ourselves on durability. If your robe arrives with a defect or a zipper that won't zip, please email us immediately at hello@outdoorrobecompany.com with a photo.
